    I wonder who actually owns it.....as it has Munich plates. But why '1946'? Porsche did not go into production until 1948, although they did start to build the 356 in 1946.

    Well the Hamilton's seem to be interested in Porsche these days. On Monday Lewis paid a visit to LA where he can walk around like a nobody. He hooked up with a dealer which gave him a Techart Cayman to wheel around in.

    I feel bad for the guy. He obviously knows it's a fast car but he wasn't driving like a total [beep], he just gunned the throttle to show off a little to the onlookers staring at it. (I know that would have made me happy!)

    He simply wasn't used to a car like that, especially because it wasn't his and he most likely hadn't had a lot of seat time with it. Doesn't look that bad anyways.

    It has TC. The car is very responsive and if he was revving the engine and let out the clutch too soon (not waiting to let the revv's come back down) it will be bye bye.

    That CGT is one tricky car to drive. Of all the modern supercars, I always see this one in the headlines the most as being involved in a driver error accident.

    Probably, it may be that with all the elctronic drive by wire cars, drivers just arnt use to the good old fasioned extreme bite and accelleration you get from pure engine power.

    Obviously it will have to be shipped back to porsche for repair, which will not be cheap concindering the under tray costs as much as a new boxster!

    Ohwell i don't think he will be loosing too much sleep over it now lewis has millions, Although if his insurance has to pay for the damage his policy will go though the roof come renewal time
