993 Twin Turbo.
It will be purely a "sleeper," no exterior bling, only rebuild of the entire engine, a Protomotive, twin plug 3.8L conversion, courtesy of John and Paul at Protosport in New Jersey. It will use K18/24 hybrid turbo's with max boost 1.2bar, good for 600+ peak lb-ft torque, as well. We will lower the car on H&R clubsport suspension and springs with all the requisite mechanical mods. to handle the torque and power. They are devising a manifold intake that this summer will use the 1997 993TT OBDII-compatible ECU to facilitate passing NY State's emissions inspection via computer hookup. Then next year, we can change the intake and ECU based on a 1995 993NA Carrera ECU programmed via a speed density system to tune the beast to over 700HP/lb-ft.
