Now, serious question. If I get arrested for excessive speed or "wreckless" driving and thrown in a local jail (here in my USA town) I'm almost certain I'm not going to get a beating or other maltreatment from the police.
How about in Kuwait? Things are a bit stricter there (so we've been told) are you guys at risk of getting kicked around if you spend the night in jail? What about neighboring countries? Just curious... .

about the strictness , in kuwait its tooooo strict , over 120 up to 160 you will have a ticket ,, above 160 your car will be arrested and spend a month in the polce yard
.. even there was a cars related to the Royal family ! ... But forget spending a night in the jail , maybe it happen , but very very very rare case .. we have a strict law ,, at the same time they are understanding you , if you are alone and speeding in a high way , "maybe" you will be forgived ;p .. we are enjoying a very nice roads , you should be clever and choose the right time to speed over 400 km/h if you want

Sounds about the same here in the usa. But some parts of the south USA I'd be afraid of getting more ( )than just a ticket, fine and night in jail. Anyway, Kuwait sounds cool. Now I can watch your video again and not worry about it. The impounding the car for a month is not done here.

They probably wouldn't get molested for driving offences, although I wouldn't be so sure about more serious crimes.
