    I wonder why people would spend so much money for visual upgrades when they are obviously blind.

    I love it how the dealer felt necessary to mention that the "Carrera" script could be removed.

    Totally different car, but also another way to make sure a $150k car is unsaleable. I bet the dealer loved it when the customer rejected the car.

    Maybe we should use that one on hypothetical future Rennteam ads: Going off the beaten path? Ask the experts first!

    Well we cannot complain that Porsche doesn't offer enough options for each to express their individuality. Some examples shown here on Rennteam have been very individual!

    Well, maybe the guy used to have a blue/whit carrera rs back in 73 and really misses it?

    I can only commend the original owner for being daring, but I find the execution disappointing because he forgot a few leather options.

    Leather to sample interiors are IMHO
    1) tricky because not a single plastic part may be forgotten, lest it ruins the whole interior
    2) compromized, because the airbag module is necessarily black (or a standard color). So, it is recommended to go bicolor... but Porsche don't offer bicolor rear side panels (except black/sand, black/stone, black/terracotta)!

    Posted this before but new guys can enjoy it.

    Nice white SC came my way for sale a while ago. I ran up to it excited and practically ready to buy. Saw this when I got too close.

    World is already a nasty place. Some people should do the rest of us a favor and seek out a professional design consultant whenever they buy furniture, clothes or cars.

    My dealer has an otherwise mint 986 with that green interior as well. Needless to say, that car has been sitting on his lot for quite some time.

    Believe it or not, it was only 2 years ago that palm green was dropped as a standard interior color.
