Congratulations Gregg! She finally came! All the work we put into helping you get her configured + figuring out what wheels, etc....all that paid off! Now I can't wait to see how she turns out when you're finished with the mods!

Now get out there and drive her! I just got my IPD plenum installed and I LOVE it! I'm very happy that I got it.

Sounds like you had a good time in Florida! Glad to have you back. This place wasn't the same without you around! I'm looking forward to hearing more of your driving impressions once the weather clears up!

    Thanks everyone!

Jason - Yesterday was a blast, got to take a nice drive. The biggest differences of the Turbo Cab to the 997 S cab is power but the difference in braking, steel vs PCCB's is just as huge. I've yet to really do very lots of hard stops but it's just one of the very first things that feels so different, w/ very little effort the way the PCCB's scrub speed is remarkable. I'm still keeping her under 4200 rpms but dont plan on waiting for 2000 mile mark, another few hundred miles & I'm going to let it rip. But even in the lower revs the Turbo is so much more powerful. Steering is definitely heavier which I like & dont like. The car feels more soilidly planted up front but you do lose a little of the road feel vs the S. I'll know more once I get more miles done & into the higher revs & get the brakes/tires broken in a bit.. I know what to expect from other test drives in Turbo coupe's so I'm going to try & get the break-in done asap.

Congrats on the plenum, imo it's the best power you can get for the money.

Here's a before & after shot of the exhaust done at Legend Porsche. Pics taken by Mike the Service Manager.
