Re: deviating stitching - carrera red HELP[
What are the options for the rear side panels in deviating color or the side door panels? I haven't seen those as options. I am inclined to go the red base and the black accents. To that end someone suggested paint exterior color (basalt) the rear seats. It seems that it would be ok with the CF. Would there be a problem there do you think? Is there an option of cf for the back of the seats that anyone is aware of? Similar question for the pcm switch panel?
I don't think there is another way to get the vent slats red unless the interior is red or the exterior. I agree leonjohn's picture made this look very enticing. I'm not feeling the deviated black on red is likely worth the hassle of all the pieces that have to fall in place.

The girl at Porsche GB head office was very helpful and knowledgable on the Boxster colour to sample order I did for my sister so I'll try that route again when the time comes. My dealer is very keen for me to order a new car so I'll tell him I will but only if he can get me a special bi-colour interior
