    Looks like one of the V10 turbo test cars that burned to the ground. They never managed to get it cooled properly. They are now forced to stick to NA engines for the R8

    Several of the V10 forced induction cars burned due to insufficient cooling.

    Was this particular one a V10 test car or just a destroyed customer R8? I seem to remember it being the latter (weren't the test cars camoflauged?)

    Nahhh. That's not one of the V10's. That happened on the Nurburgring and that's not the N-Ring. Not to mention, the V10's had extra flanking on the ground aero - this looks like a standard R8 on the street, but I wonder what happened.

    It took Audi 10 years to get over the 5000 "sudden acceleration" bullshit. I hope they don't have a "spontaneously combusting" issue with their new supercar.
