    Any loose change?

    All it needs is the awe aftermarket exhaust and it will blend right in with all the other commuters. Maybe moogle has a new ride.

    Closest I got to that was a red Boxster S and a GT3

    I have a thing about buying used cars and the CGT passed me by. All the cars have been titled or owned by someone now.

    Well their was that one CGT I showed you the link to, and I saw another untitled beast about a week ago on ebay.

    If someone _gave_ me that car as a gift my joy would be muted because I would then have a huge problem of how to get it successfully (i.e. absolutely perfectly) re-painted.

    Maybe I need intensive psychotherapy but here goes anyway:


    A red CGT makes zero sense.

    OTOH a red Enzo makes perfect sense.

    Yes. Good color for sunny places like Southbeach or SoCal.


    Red is The Ferrari color. I think that's mostly why my brain freezes when it's on the CGT.

    Actually, I think the CGT color you're thinking of is Fayence Yellow, but we're splitting hairs here.

    I'd say that particular red looks too flashy for such a car. The more darker, factory-offered red on the CGT is more appropriate for this car.

    However I still do prefer other colours...

    Unless it's in SoCal or other big car-culture area I think a red CGT is just toooo much.

    I think it's because the sounds and the sight of the car is soooooo amazing to begin with, that a guy who "insisted" on getting one in red is just trying to make me sick with envy.

    Normal colors are okay. If the CGT is silver etc, I'm happy for the guy and glad to see the show.

    But when the CGT showing up around me is red I think he's just out to make me feel like I'm a cheap, loser, slob in my sh*tty grey TT.

    Signal yellow is my favorite yellow ever.

    It's a shame painted PCCB calipers aren't available on the 997. Speed yellow brakes in a Signal yellow car is a fashion faux pas.

    Mike's school bus is very nice, but imo the cgt is best in black, followed by red, then signal. I saw a black 1 in a showroom a few years back, awesome, in contrast I walked right by a silver 1 in another dealership and asked if they had any CGT's?

    racerx, I saw a black one at Porsche museum and a yellow one at a red light near the Porsche Factory.
    I liked the yellow one MUCH more.
    I think it's THE color for this car

    Silver is too plain.
    I don't like supercars in plain colors.
    Super cars must have a vivid color. Silver isn't one of them.
    (Yelllow, Red, Orange, Green, etc. are all amazing )
