Two-tone Black/Carrera Red is not a standard offering. It's a tricky experiment IMHO, because there is no way to get a bicolor rear side panel.
IMHO there are only three good-looking black/red layouts in a 997:
- black interior with red seats (25241)
- black interior with red seats (25241), red door panels (25631), red rear side panels (?), red lower dashboard (24922), red center armrest (CUV/CPT)
- red interior with black dashboard top (24921, 25731 if Sport Chrono is ordered), black floor mats (CFX), extended carbon package (893+EAD), carbon steering wheel (453).
In a 987 the best combo is black interior, red seat inserts (25341), red door inserts (25482), red center armrest (CUV/CPT).

Well i was thinking the same two tone combo of Black/Terracota but with Black/Carerra Red. with the addition of black carpet, black panels behind seat, black rear center console and black door handles to cut the red down further. effectivly what remains would be red seats, partially red doors, and red lower dashboard and ill add in red gauges, and carbon package as final touch.

If you want a partially red door, then I suggest going for the 987 scenario:
Start with a black interior;
Red lower dash (24922), black console and PCM;
Red door inserts instead of red door panel with black upper area (difference being the side airbag trim strim and the speaker covers, which would remain black);
Red seat inserts (25491) instead of red seats.
If you keep the rear side panel black, then you won't want the red area on the door to be too big (hence only the insert). Then, I think red seat inserts would look better than red seats, because the size of the seat inserts would more or less match the size of the door inserts.
One thing with seat inserts is that they look a lot better with sports seats than with the standard seats, so you might want either sports or adaptative seats (or GT2 bucket seats, they work well too).
If door handles are not available in black (I'm not 100% sure whether the door insert option includes the door handles as well, which you'd like to avoid), then get the carbon door package (XTL) to do that. You could get the carbon console (XMJ) as well, and the belt outlet on the B pillar (CJJ) too, for a full carbon interior.
