    Wow thats pretty crazy.

    On another note,

    Isn't 296 million USD / 200 million Euro a bit much to build a new plant that will only increase daily capacity from 160/day to 170? (6%) what the f*?

    Must be some other reason. The local high end body shop has 4 state-of-the-art (I have no idea what that mans, exactly) paint booths that cost them $1 million each. If you buy 170 of those and a hi-tech facilty to put them in, the number seems "reasonable".

    These days "state of the art" means the person painting your car isn't eating a candy bar while wearing dusty rags.

    I've seen some BAD body shop paint booths

    They build the cayman/boxster in Finland, Valmet is a damn good company, they run a tight ship.

    You mean _Cayenne_ plant, right?

    Heck..., if the Cayman were designed around a Turbo engine I'd buy it.

    hmm, good luck with that. I saw an osteopath for a few weeks last year for some knee pain I was having (damn those racing clutches )

    Mine is done! I'm almost drooling waiting to see it!! Pickup in just under a couple of weeks....oh the insanity!!!!
