    Will 2001 Turbo front bumper fit 2003 Targa?

    I found a 2001 front bumper from a TT that I would like to install on my 03 Targa. The seller claims it will fit all 996 models from 2002 to 2004 (c2, c4s,targa) and 2001 996 Turbo. Can anyone confirm?

    It should. The X50 package on the 911 had the same front bumper as the Turbo.

    You bet, I had an 03 targa and loved it but hated the front, so this will make your car perfect

    to bad that front has the plastic warts. Not sure you can find one, But later turbos came without the black warts on the front.

    You mean the X51/911 40th anniversary.

    X51= regular 911 powerkit, X50 = turbo powerkit.

    But yes, any 996 Turbo bumper will fit a Regular 911 as long as you are 2002 and newer.

    Also FYI: You can remove the warts and fill in the holes.

    OK, one 2001 TT bumper installed on my 03 Targa and it looks great - thanks to the posts of others that have completed the similar project. Although the bumper fits and looks great, there is a big gap underneath between the bumper and the underbody lining. I have not been able to locate any specific information here or on any of the other forums that explains how to fill the gap - any advice would be much appreciated!

    Contains all the parts for the Turbo. there you should be able to find the undertray section that is missing and coordinate with your dealer to order it using the part number.
