    So it's almost as fast as a GT2 to 300 km/h, with AWD and full creature comfort. Very nice!

    Not yet but, according to my info little bit more then on R8. So, in 350g/km region...

    Hang on, hang on. Basically the same engine with only 435hp in the S6 already produces 319 g CO2 per km. And you want to tell us that a car with this engine but with a higher power output will be THE green sportscar? I can understand your enthusiasm about that car, but we should all stay realistic.

    No problem I saw that 360g/km data in Scuderia brochure.

    BUT, this is for(very low) Scudria weight. LP560/4 is much heavier car...

    AFAIK the scud has lower consumption according to the factory than the F430, hence lower emissions.

    So basically it's an R8 with 560bhp and looks and sound of a proper Lambo?

    Like I mentioned earlier considering the R8 had such good reviews and seems so quick around a track I think the LP560 could be exceptional.

    My only concern is the e-gear. I've never driven the current one but it didn't get great write-ups. Is it feasible that the new e-gear could be as good as the Scuderia F1? Do they use the same basic technology or are they completely different?

    Apart from that I think I'm sold...

    That's the Euro 250,000 question... You mentioned e-gear was now as fast as the Scud's F1. It's irrelevant IMHO. Real question is, is it at last real-world usable (e.g. reversing on a slope)?

    OMG, I really love this! I am seriously contemplating one eventhough it would be completely irresponsible for me to do so! But I have bad back right now so probably impossible to get in. I am going to go sit on a current Gallardo and see how I go.

    Kreso, all those good points you brough up on the LP560/4 is only made possible with Audi ownership. Which is a great think. As for "the latest suspension technology", what are you refering to there? Magnetic ride?

    The new Gallardo seems to be a great car from what you posted here

    Although, the GT2 seems to defend its leading position in the performance class, right?

    - NBR 12s faster than Gallardo SL means 7:34 (vs. 7:33 for GT2)
    - 0-300 34s (vs. 33s for GT2)

    Having said that I have to agree that the new Gallardo should be on par with the Scuderia at least. Great achievement

    does the car have 550 hp, in which case it will be called the LP560 (for 560 PS) or will the car be called the LP570 and have 560 hp and 570 PS? or the

    what is the hp figure and what is the PS figure?

    Just like the LP640 is rocking 640hp, the LP550 will have an engine developing 550hp.
