    for my own tates it dosent look visually different enough from the stock wheels ...guess thats why there are so many varients available....i keep coming back to the HREp40, champion 171 and porsches GT3rs...still on the fence here

    I prefer the 2nd one.

    But if you change wheels you should get away from the old 3 piece technology & get 1 piece forged monoblock's or monolites. The HRE's 40's / 43's or Champion's RS171's or 67's. Or GP7's , Neez.

    Also not a fan of anything that looks bling/ chrome lips etc.

    GT3 wheels are the best.

    Concerning the Vossen wheels, I think the design of the first version is a little bit too angular for a car as round as the 997 (somebody PS it on a R8 or - even better - on a Gallardo please? ). The second type looks better, but I'm also no fan of these polished edges.

    My Car is Balck, but the GT3 black wheels just don't do it for me. They look dirty

    I'm not sure those Vossen wheels fits the lanes of the Turbo very well. I think the wheels that Gregg got or even my own GT3 RS wheels fits the lines better. Just look how out of place the WORX rear wing looks on the TT too.

    Lines are straight. Not even radiated, just parallel. Looks like a force fit; not too comfortable looking on such a curve-y car (even if a TT). They are 20s, that's a lot _straight_ lines.

    No bud, it was not that quick. I like these wheels despite the fact that many on this forum may not like them. I got a hell of deal trading mine in so I did not hesitate. Pics will be posted in a few minutes. Thanks my friend
