    Porsche 911 Turbo Facelift Almost Undisguised

    Sorry if repost.

    In my next life I want to be a Porsche car designer, it has to be the best and laziest job in the world. I can't see any changes apart form the LED rear lights

    Another round of next-generation Porsche 911 Turbo photos has surfaced, this time capturing the updated autobahn-stormer in unclad winter testing.

    Those exhaust tips look larger to me. Possible sport exhaust?

    Don't know about those exhausts. My first reaction was "Those are huge!"... Are they bigger than current exhausts?

    the exhaust is different, you can see the muffler down there - maybe not only bigger tips, maybe even better sound

    The exhaust is different....appears to only be one can instead of two...?

    And in Ferdie's post, the tail lights are also snow resistant.

    @Panda: you will need the lights and the bumper. Inclusvie paint job this will be around 3000 Euro (just a guess).

    @All: Amazing how big the difference is. The facelift looks fresh and light vs the Picture of the current cars.

    Nice easy way to compare, thanks MMD.

    Change for the sake of change nothing more. Aesthetically it's not an improvement at all. The original lights flow w/ the rear much better. Definitely looks like a new exhaust is on the horizon,,,, finally. Maybe the car's exhaust/engine sound will be improved because it needs it more than any sports car I can remember. But it wont add any HP so you may as well go after-market anyway.

    Good job temm, nice looking car, the tail light look kind of cartoonish, I hate to see my baby looking outdated in less than a year

    I would be curious to see performance tests of the new car and to hear whether or not Porsche updated the AWD to improve the handling

    The exhaust tips look larger from the back but I just noticed how big they look from the side. Do the rear vents look bigger too? Also the car looks very low.

    I don't really think that this is a "real" facelift car, more of an prototype to test new engine, technique, exhaust,..... or whatsoever. Some kind of a test mule....

    The vents are the same size if you look carefully, it is an optical illusion because they are highlighted by the salt around them.

    The longer tips are likely due to the special conditions in which the mule is being tested. This is to prevent snow/salt collecting inside a tip that does not protrude too much from the body.
