Unknown car company from a country with zero car history comes to market and smashes the best eletric car company in performnace and even more surprising, destroys in acceleration the top of the range from Porsche , Ferrari and Lambo !!!! This world is getting carzier and crazier, nowadays anything is possible..and I have to say , I love that, out of the box is the way to go

Since I live in Zagreb, Croatia I watched Rimac growth from day one. At first I was sceptical despite the fact that I know personally one of the engineers who works for Mate. I had already two factory tours and they cleared most of my scepticism.
But, they still had some milage to do IMHO. Do not get me wrong here. As a native Croat I am very proud about what Rimac is doing. Would I buy Concept One if I would want to spend that much money on electric car? No. Why? I am still not fully convinced in electric cars and their perspective. Their range is still too low, battery life sucks big time even on Teslas if you use full throttle, weight is very excessive in comparison to petrol cars etc.
And despite being faster in straight line Concept One is still no match for 918 on the track or any kind of twisty road.
Will I buy something from Rimac ever? For sure!

KresoF1:No problem! Availability in NA then.
I don't think they have any dealers in NA, but you can buy them directly from the factory in Croatia (they say they deliver to US - probably Canada too and we don't pay VAT). Would love to see what you can learn!

Ok. After rather strange difficulties I got some info.
Grepy bike international orders will start within a month. 30% deposit is required after determined a shipping coast of crated Greyp bike to USA or Canada. Rest after the bike is ready to be shipped.
Info came from person who works there and I called him on his personal number to get the info.
Now... Let's say it honesty is the best policy...
Even living in Zagreb some few km's from Rimac factory was not any help to get someone pick up the phone at Rimac factory Greyp department. I called from my mobile phone and my office line. In the morning, in mid day and in early afternoon. Nobody picked up. Not that I am making big fuss about it but... It is from my very personal point of view not a good sign... Over 80 people are working at Rimac factory. Is it a too much cost to hire some young lady just to answer the phone?
I am a Croat living in Croatia. Rimac is a new name in car manufactures world and he and his company need to learn a lot about small detalis. Having a decent costumer service support is one of them...
Rimac Working On New Electric Hypercar, Close To Securing Multi-Million Investment
Rimac Automobili is busy working on its second all-electric hypercar, which is expected to be even faster and overall better than the original Concept One.
The new hypercar -currently codenamed Concept Two- is set to be revealed in 2018 and will also be more comfortable and luxurious according to Monika Mikac, Rimac’s chief operating officer who spoke to Autocar.
Rimac made just eight examples of the Concept One, plus two track-only Concept S models. The Concept One offered a total of 1224hp and 1180lb-ft of torque and a 0-62mph time of 2.5 seconds.
The new model will also be more expensive than the Concept One, with Rimac targeting a production run of 100 units in total and expecting to sell 20 cars in its first year.
Rimac Automobili is also close on securing a $60-million financing package which will give them a healthy cash boost to expand their business and develop their new model. Bloomberg reports that the new finance deal comes after a 30 million-euro investment from China-based Camel Group.
Camel’s finance package will give Rimac access to the Chinese market as well as provide the capital for battery production and powertrains, according to Mate Rimac, the founder of the Croatian EV maker.
Rimac, who also designs and builds components for other companies such as Aston Martin and Koenigsegg, has tripled in value since 2014, with the current value estimated at more than 200 million euros ($240 million).
“I was always convinced that electric vehicles are the future,” Rimac said. “Now it seems obvious, but when I started, many people told me I’m crazy.”

This is an impressive EV. Faster than a Chiron upto 150mph I am sure. Can’t wait to see its crash in the grand tour given Richard Hammond couldn’t handle its speed.

Rimac Teases Second Electric Hypercar Ahead Of Geneva Debut
Rimac Automobili dropped the first teaser of its next hypercar, confirming at the same time a debut at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show.
Internally codenamed “Concept Two”, the new electric hypercar will not only be more powerful and faster than the original $1 million Rimac, but also more expensive too.
Unlike the Concept One, Rimac wants to build more examples of the next hypercar, targeting a production run of 100 cars and expecting to sell the first 20 in its first year.
Rimac Concept_Two Monster Hypercar Confirmed With Nearly 2,000HP!
What the Concept_Two will be able to do when it comes to acceleration, remains unknown at the time. However, with official confirmation that its total power output will sit at 1,914 HP, we can safely assume that it will out-sprint the Concept_One to 60 mph (96 km/h), so expect a sub 2.5-second time in that department.
In fact, with almost 2,000 HP on tap, it might even challenge the new Tesla Roadster off the line – the Tesla being capable of hitting 60 mph in less than 2 seconds.
