Personally I dont like MB anymore, they have lost they're "thing" vs bmw or audi....
BUT BUT
, the only MB's I would go for, would be the new CL(it looks amazing, with those wheels), and the CLS, again with some good amg wheels....And lastly , the new C 63 AMG

For a lot of reasons.
a) CL 63 is a lot more expensive
b) The CL is not a sports car anyway, it's a great touring car -- so 388 HP are enough and it has a reasonable fuel consumption. Relatively speaking.
and...
c) I prefer the look of the CL 500 with optional AMG body kit over the CL 63 AMG's body kit with the fake diffusor and too much chrome around the fog lights.

I would not try out the distance control thing but i was very impressed with the night vision. Congrats ZZBOBA, the CL is a wonderful car

Congrats!! Very nice choice.
I am driving a fully loaded CLS 500, and I know already which extras you will love the most. Keyless Go, The Multi.... Seats, and the Dystronic System. You will love it on the busy Autobahn with speedlimit, considering the fact that, the new generation of Dystronic is much better than the one my CLS has. And the ABC Supspension of the CL is just great, My father had it on hes former CL.
So enjoy your car, and let us updated with pictures and reviews.

By distance control thing, do you mean the adaptive cruise control who will slow you down when to near the car in front? If so, why would you not try it? I have yet to try the MB version, but I loved the one I tried..
And keyless go should have you addicted within a few days

CL63 is most enjoyable overall car I've ever driven...brilliant complementary car vs a wkend F for when one is in a more risk-seeking mood...
Drive dyn seats: I deactivated dynamic bolsters feature (always a tad late anyway)....enjoy the various massaging/ventil features....
DistronicPlus: Outstanding active safety feature...I never drive w/cruise control (enjoy modulating throttle and brake...and listening to addictive roar of 63 motor), but much appreciate the early warning re: imminent front collision risk...and the link/activation vs BrakeAssist/PreSafe features...also, w/Distronic, Parktronic no longer has the "bulletholes" in bumpers...
NtVision: Have found not useful in well-lit urban/suburban areas...but suspect useful in darker suburban/exurban areas....
Advcd/smart headlights are another outstanding active safety feature...esp appreciated on dark country roads....or in fog....and a lit-up CL is quite a sight, day or night....
