Yep, the Turbo tires work perfectly on the RS wheels. It could probably take the 325 Cup tires that's on the GT2 but I'm not sure if that'd fit under the Turbo fenders. Probably but I'm not gonna try and find out.
You should be able to get a set for about $3500-$4000 from Wheel Enhancement or even Sunset Porsche.

Thanks, hope I'm not jacking the thread here, I would love to see some pics too. I think I know the Champion wheels that I want but considering all options still which includes the GT2/RS wheel.

Absolutely, but I wasn't thinking in terms of unsprung weight, but simply stated the difference in mass. Then again, all factory wheels are heavy and it is very unlikely that you would notice the very small difference in weight, especially on the road.

It was the same with the 996 series. The Turbo had the hollow wheels while the GT2 used the solid boat anchors.
