    I love AM, especially the older ones. kiss Will make sure I’ll have one within a couple of years. But by going Bentley, I kind of go British in a soft way, since it  share the same gearbox and a lot more with the German classic (Panamera). I also give my old Porsche friends a good start. AM is a beautiful car and if Whoopsy want to sell his, I’ll buy it right nowsmiley But DB 11 have to wait a bit blush

    This is also one of the reasons I don’t go Ferrari. Buying a new car for 400’ euro and find out within the first 50 miles that the AC don’t work or something like this would make me go bananas....mail 

    The Panamera is still good, but quality not what it was. The fuel cap don’t 100% aline with the rest of the body, the wing has gaps in its fitting etc. Small, but annoying things. Bentley has a lot of German detail WITH touch for the details and hand craftsmanship

     I was in sweden weeks ago....what happend???? Did not see many volvos, and a lot of foreign people compared to the suedes???? And yes a saw big mercedes droven by foreign people, sice a taxi driver told me that just some people can afford big cars in sweden, did not understand what the meaning was??

    That bad? Smiley Over here, only older AMG and M models, not the newer ones.

    Usually, these guys put an AMG logo or M badge on their regular models because they often cannot afford one of these cars, with very little exceptions.

    Don't judge them all the same way though: One of my buddies is originally from Bosnia, he is a real estate mogul and has over ten expensive cars, very nice guy.

    Not yet and honestly don’t know if I will. Changed my new Panamera diesel for a even newer Panamera Turbo S, so....yes

    The Turbo S is quit nice, but haven’t driven it much yet. And right know I’m on the Maldives so only snorkeling right now😎🌴🌴

    Decision if I’ll keep my production slot is set for February and the down payment is done, but as said, the Turbo S is very likable....

    Your Panamera Turbo S is just as good a GT car as the Bentley.

    Nothing the Bentley can do that the Panamera Turbo S cannot do better.

    Had you been stuck with the Panamera Diesel, then the Bentley would have been an upgrade. Not anymore with the Turbo S.

    Well enjoy the maldives....panamera is a great technical machine....but the new continental is just mindblowing.....the toblerone is worth anything......go with the Bentley....have fun snorkeling....

    Looks are subjective but IMO the Bentley looks better than the boring looking Panamera. 

    And interior is definitely better in the Bentley. Look at the details below angel

    I haven't drive any one the newer generations but I liked the way the older generation V8 Bentley drove as well as the Panamera.

    The interior of the Bentley is just classy and modern elegant, for me it is something outstanding.

    The panamera sporty and hi tech.... 2 different approach, like both, but  personally I prefer the Bentley 1000 times...can in somehow smell old UK in there...

    Bentley is way nicer looking inside. Depreciation will be even worse on the Bentley though. Probably depreciate the same percent, but from a much higher dollar amount.

    BTW, I see old CGTs on used car lots that sell $10K Ford and Toyotas. They've become the hood-rich car of choice by people who stretch to put $60K on some old Bentley because of the image they think it portrays, but it reality they're just getting some shitty old car with no modern amenities, bad gas mileage, and $200K-car repair/service bills.

    Interesting, previous Bentley had a unique, own dashboard design, the new one looks identical to Panamera (same architecture) just dressed up nicely with leather and wood.

    No-way I would go for a Panamera. If you take the Porsche badge off it looks like a Passat. Super boring. And again my favorite phrase "Stuttgart employee car of the year" - so many lower management people and part time Posche-Employee Mum's driving that car. You must be an idiot living here and spending 200k for such a mainstream Volkswagen.

    In Ohio, NOBODY would confuse a Panamera with a Passat.  I get all sorts of thumbs-up acknowledgements from passers-by who wouldn't look twice at any VW.

    That said, if it weren't for the 4-door thing that I need, a Continental GT would be in my wheelhouse.

    In USA, a nice Panamera can be had for US$150k.  Continental GT is more like US$250k.

    Once both are depreciated I would pick the Continental GT. No way I would take the new car hit. My kids may have kids that need to go to college someday...I can’t hardly justify my Turbo repair bills.
