I don‘t want to scare anyone, but may be there is a chance that some .2 GT3 owners could check their diffusors, for some oil drops from the engine.
We found a little bit oil on it, but absolutely no leak on the engine...
It‘s now cleaned and ready for 9.000 RPM!!!
I will report, when we have news.

Doubt it's major issue. But on off chance it blossoms into something akin to the .1 debacle, I hope it happens soon because I will cancel my order even if I lose the deposit.

Saw this often, indeed but I guess his mechanic already checked that.

This was also in our mind, we were used to this with the 964/993/996 cars - looks like oil but it´s wax.
But on the new engins we did not find any protectant wax at all...
We will drive the car now for at least 500 Km and then we´ll have another look on the engine without diffusor.
Until now, no need for worries.

Here is the 2 4.0L 6-speed together. 
Took delivery of it today. First impression, not much difference between the 2!
The clutch efforts is the same, the shifter linkage is the same. From the driver's seat, I am driving basically the identical car, except in the GT3 I got a shelf that blocks part of the rear vision, a bit annoying as it doesn't block headlights but everything else that's important, on the GT3RS the wing is in view but out of the way.
The gauge has a different marking signalling the different model.
The engine.
Well, the GT3 feel VERY refined. It is smooth cause of the dual mass flywheel, none of the vibration like those on the 911R. Especially on idle in Neutral.
Didn't rev it yet so can't say about the high end rpm.
Anyway, here is something interesting that no one really talked about.
They swapped the rear deck hinge to carbon fibre and plastic and did away with the metal hinge and struts. The red level is a lock that has to be manually operated in order to close the lid.
Tiny little weight saving but shows you Porsche is really thinking about the small details too.

Do they share the same height on the front lip?
would be interesting to put both a scale with same fuel tank condition and see the result 
the wing on the .1 was already blocking the vision I guess 20mm higher will not make it better 
the GT3 will obviously be more refined compared to any car equipped with SMFW at idle. the most important part is the push in the high rpm to see the noise difference in the cabin. from the different review of journalists, apparently, the 3 was louder. tell us more about it please

Interesting to see they use the Cup front splitter. I always did on the 997 as it looked better and is 2/3rd cheaper, seems to work on the 991 as well.

Interesting to a see that they offer more and more upgrades ...... even now the back wing can be exchanged for a bigger one . Did Porsche hold back ? Leaving MR to sell the best pieces ? Is MR just going overboard and now wanting to sell anything possible they can imagine ?

I can understand them offering more hardcore solutions that Porsche themselves can't offer to a wider public, that makes sense as a racing team. But being partly owned by Porsche I find it surprising that Manthey offers Pepita cushions, an option that Porsche also offers through CXX, and presumably charges more for it.

Ok but the point is they're offering the same upgrade as the mother company which seems strange to me. I don't think their other upgrades compete with anything Porsche themselves offer, that's all.

That sounds very low indeed, I never dared ask the dealer thinking it would be much more.
The Manthey cushions are EUR2.5K if I'm not mistaken.
