Europipe and Cargraphic exhaust video (and sound!!) clips!

Today we (Lg1 and me) went to Monza racetrack to test ours cars before leaving for the Nurburgring Nordschleife this weekend!

We made two clips (4Mb each) "showing" the sound of ours exhaust.

Video 1: LG1's GT3RS equipped with modified version of the loudest Europipe exhaust + 100 cell race kats

Video 2: My GT3CS equipped with Cargraphic exhaust Super Sound Export version (only mufflers)

Both cars sound incredible. How are they when you aren't "on it"? Are they somewhat tolerable around town?

Exceptional SOUNDBITE. Waawwww. But for public road-driving maybe a litle too...

Do you guys experience a difference in HP, torque and/or acceleration or is it only subjective feeling due to the agressive sound. How about vibrations?

I think I like the Europipe better... of course it's also more expensive. Don't think it's too loud; what's the point in putting on a streetlegal exhaust if the sound is almost the same as stock? If I'd want a legal solution, I'd stick to the stock exhaust, if I want sound, go for it all the way... Of course in different countries police might react differently...

I like the Cargraphic one ... the Europipe version is too loudy, but sounds good.

let alone the fact that some exhausts claim a better power output, even a street legal aftermarket exhaust can sound better and/or louder than the stock exhaust. this is the point.

i like the sound of my TÜV-approved cargraphic a lot more than my GT3's (IMO boring) standard exhaust. it's definetely louder (but not like luigi's of course) and the sound is really special when revving. like a passing TIE fighter.

Well, it's just my personal opinion that most of the streetlegal aftermarket exhausts didn't make enough of a difference for me. Of course they are a little louder and sound a little better, but I don't think it's enought difference to convince me to change. But that's mostly a matter of personal taste. The power difference is another subject, but there's not THAT much to be gained...

Anyway, to each his own (exhaust...)

I second that. The cargraphic is really great. The euro version reminded me of the GT3 Cup cars I saw racing in spa during the porsche days... really impressive, but not something I would want to hear all the time when driving.

How is that in cup cars btw? I mean, it is very unhealthy to hear the sound of passing by Cup cars all day... ow is the sound inside the cockpit? Is it less, or is it usual to wear ear protection?

Since it's difficult to judge from the videos, how loud exactly are the exhausts? what did the manufacturers tell you?
