    Cayman with 996GT3 front

    Can always tell when I've got an exam looming... essentially pointless photoshoppery.

    Looks quite nice though.

    yup, looking good.
    Finally a customization which blends in with the original design curves of the car. Only thing I miss is an aesthetic link between the front inlets and the side vents.

    Here's ours with a 997GT3 Cup front (and a 997 S 3.8 X-51 in the rear)

    997 parts suit the cayman much more

    But it looks as if the front is way too big for the rest of the car. Is that because the skirts are higher from the ground than the front lip?

    I agree, plus I could never realistically drive that car around without ripping the front end right off.

    17K for the 997 3.8 X-51 as a factory reman unit, no core exchange...about 8-10K for the basic transplant with a-la-carte options including RS clutch/LWF, exhaust (slightly modified X-51 headers are used) $2500 for dyno tuned ECU, suspension options, wheels, etc..short ratio gb also add $$$ but again are optional...it's a slippery slope as they say!
