    Nav problem

    My nav thinks the car is in New Jersey when it actually has been in Baltimore, Philadelphia and DC this weekend

    When I input destinations it calculates not from actual location but atlantic city.

    I have turned off the car, PCM, removed dvd and replaced it but to no avail. Any ideas? Unfortunately its the long weekend here in the US and all the dealerships are closed.

    Do you have to set the map to a new zone?

    Try yanking then replacing the fuse to the nav unit. Is there a fuse to the nav unit?

    Last resort, but not a big deal, disconnect positive terminal from battery for a minute and reconnect.

    Check manual before disconnecting battery; I don't remember if there're any precautions.

    Go thru nav manual to follow initialization instructions (GPS?) _IF_ there are any.

    Not sure, I'll check the manual. Maybe for PCM as a whole.

    When you are in the Nav screen push the info button and see how many satellites you have signal from. I had my windshield replaced and they left the NAV antennae disconnected and I had zero satellites. Easy fix

    F9 or F10 are possible fuses according to the copy of my old C2S fuse list. Turbo isn't here for me to check.

    I'd just disconnect/reconnect the battery (check manual first) and MAYBE you'd be done.

    I also have zero satellites and recently had my windshield replaced. How do I go about reattaching the antennae?

    My nav was acting funny today, screen said "navigation loading" with no audio available. Then a few minutes later, restat the car and all is back to normal. Weird.

    The NAV antennae leads are in the sill at the base of the windshield. Stephen from IA has pics of it on his XM sat install thread. It is a 5 min job to reconnect. Your dealership can do this while you wait.
