John H:Easy - Your shortest post to date!
When will you return with your old considerable substance - which is very much missed..

Couldn’t agree more John - sadly I think our hopes are in vain. Two words x number of GP’s in a year is all we’ll get.

What's up with Bottas?
edit: ok he got kicked off from Max. I was following a ticker and it wasn't really clear why he got overtaken by Vettel and Verstappen all of a sudden. Commentary followed soon after.

Just following up: were you indeed unimpressed? ( I haven't been to a GP since late 70's...).

To be honest I drove to Austin. Got there Saturday night and enjoyed all the music and fun on 6th street. It rained heavily Sunday morning effectively flooding all the non reserved parking and turning it into mud. My ticket guy had one waiting for me but I decided against taking the Turbo into the mud and getting stuck. I bailed out of Austin at 9am and drove back to KC, skipping the race altogether as I would have had to take a shuttle and it would have been a very late drive back to KC. It's all good. I really enjoy the drive there and back more than the sitting and watching. I can guarantee you that four years ago, prior to the lame engines of today I would have walked to the track if needed. I guess I answered if I was unimpressed.
