Color ? With or without model designations? Will you keep the stripes? Apart from these questions, looking forward to your review.
Here is my provisional spec. I'm going to borrow my dealer's Carrera demo car to see if I want to go ahead with the order. It has the RWS option fitted so I'll be able to try this out and see if I want to keep this on my build.
I will keep the stripes and the model designations as these are part of the standard T specification and should look quite good finished in Agate. I like the Racing Yellow used for the launch car but have had a 991.1 S in that colour and want something a bit more subtle. My Boxster Spyder is Rhodium with yellow interior stitching and that works really well so I've gone for the yellow T interior pack option as a highlight against the GT Silver. I've tried to keep the car fairly basic but included things that make it more usable on a daily basis like the rear seats and PCM. It's fine in theory to say that both these items should be left off the car but the meagre weight saving is far outweighed by the resale attraction they offer. Cars like the Boxster Spyder, GT4 etc that had PCM deleted here by their first owner tend to take an age to sell on the used market.
