Whoopsy:noone1:Does it feel weird taking pictures of women like this?
Hmm why?
I think only gay people feels weird about looking at woman pictures, most women I know enjoy looking at other nice women too.
100% agree, Whoopy, so true

Why even bother to be 'politically correct' when everyone that's trying are just being fake?
You guys had been with me long enough to know that I have no filters haha.
The 'women' that might say they are all for PC and woman rights, they are the ones that weight 300lbs or looked so ugly that not even a blind guy would get into bed with.
And the guys that want to be PC, hmm, they are so desperate for females they would say anything just so they can get a sniff of women scent.
Seriously, after about being on earth for 40+ years, the ones that's even remotely 'hot' are having no problems with men 'worshiping' women. The ones that had problems are the junks of society, they shouldn't even be living on Earth in the first place, Darwinism should have taken care of them a long time ago. They are simply jealous about others.
There I said it. Flames away lol.

Perhaps now you are going too far. Let's no go off topic in this direction though!

alright then
Some T content perhaps?
It would seem the Carrera T isn't easily order-able, one of my friends tried to ask for one, but the dealer is like treating it as a GT allocations and wanted him to buy something else first.

No, but I think that’s their last season in German Motorsport - next year they are jobless.
Does it feel weird driving a Toyota RAV4?
Blueflame
That should be ok, but going from a McLaren, not the stroller but the car, to a Rav4 must be weird.
Short trip to the first ever „DEKM“ race ever - German electric cart championship, supported by Porsche Motorsport at Wackersdorf, Germany. An absolut PR-Desaster, 22 Starters went for 8 laps in heavy rain and just 3 karts made it to the finish line...
The only positive thing of the day, we saw on the way back for the first time 6.000rpm.

blueflame:Gnil:How do you like the 7 speed manual now ?
1 - 4 is very good, but I still hate the 5 to 6 shift - you have to be really concentrated...
Blueflame
They should put the 6 gear in this car . I have not driven the 7 gear manual from Porsche but I always taught that it is a step backwards to add that 7th gear

Gauss:Does your manual (or any manual 991.2 for that matter) have the electronic upshift, where you can hold full throttle while upshifting?
You can hold full throttle but it won't do anything good Mikla is right
@ blueflame: thanks for the nice pictures Seems that you try to get over with break-in as fast as possible How about responsiveness of the engine - any turbo lag issues ?
@ Gnil: I haven't driven the 7-speed manual yet (only heard that it should be better than in 991.1) but agree with you that nobody needs the 7th gear (IMO just a cost cutting exercise as the gearbox is derived from the 7 speed PDK).

KMM:Even in the PDK, 7th gear is superfluous imo. I wish one could lock 7th out. I drive in manual mode even when I don't feel like it, just to avoid the transmission going into 7th gear.
Same here when I had the 981S PDK (even on the Autobahn). I love the 981 Spyder 6-speed manual

7th is more for fuel economy and emissions I believe. I don't mind it personally, if you are on the highway within traffic at constant speed where you can't accelerate and just cruise with the herd of highway sheep, 7th gear is OK, its more quiet and confortable. And yet, when I don't want to have a 7th gear, I'm usually in Sport Mode so I don't see 7th gear since PDK doesn't seem to go to 7th when in Sport Mode.
But I can see how if in normal mode, 7th gear can be annoying, its like the "sailing" feature when the Start/Stop is ON, and the PDK clutches the gear when you are off the throttle. Then when you get back on the throttle there is a lag. First thing I do when I get in the car is turn the d@mn Star/Stop OFF

Yes, it's rather silly that you can't switch it off permanently.

Interesting (again) how different views can be.... 7th and the sailing function I like most in my car if and when l am just cruising from A to B, which I do most of times even when going to a race track as the commuter traffic on a friday usually kills every little attempt to go into Sport mode...however, I am not sure about the 7th gear in a manual transmission and would certainly always choose a PDK over a manual these days...oops... ...
I like the sailing function, and I like normal mode when driving in traffic. I just can't stand 7th gear under these conditions. The RPM's are just too low, the engine feels stressed, and the exhaust drones.
BTW Carlos, my transmission will go to 7th gear even in Sport Mode on backroads, when driving briskly.

If you are driving in Sport or Sport+ , the engine feels almost like a NA-Engine - very good.
It seems that in Sport+, the turbos get some sort of "preload", because you always see at least 0.1 bar pressure, that is different from the other driving mods.
