    Sure the 4porte looks very good. But very few buyers go by looks alone. If it was like that nobody would buy a 7-series or even a new model s-class.

    Our family friend considered the Quattroporte, but in the end decided to go with the CL600. Not sure how much my remark about it being a POS had to do with it .

    Don't underestimate Maserati. Last year they produced something like 7.350 cars, what is a 30 percent increase. Maserati expects to produce 9.000 cars this year and break through the 10.000 barrier next year. Both models, Quattroporte and the new GranTurismo sell extremely well, with 5.000 sold Quattroporte in 2007.

    Those are pretty good figures for a company that just a few years ago was thought of as a basket case.

    Maserati produce beautiful cars, but the interior quality of the QP has left me unimpressed. Great handling, average quality .

    If I decide to get one of these for the family sedan, it will have to be black...to disguise its aesthetic "issues"...and be the AWD turbo version...but of course-to make it tunable!

    Thanks Rossi! Good find! I think as many as you that the Panamera starts to look much better. Even the proportions make the car look quite compact and small. Just compare it to the little Peugeot that is on the outer line.

    Aston Martin, Maserati and BMW CS are much better looking. Back half of the car looks like a 30 minute sketching:)

    There will be an intake between front wing and front door like CGT going back into a recess in the front door. Auto Zeitung of this week has two very realistic pictures of a completed car. Unfortunately I don't a scanner handy. Anyone can post?

    Yes, definitely ACC. Regarding night vision, wouldn't that be stored inside the headlamps? It seems a bit low-placed to be an NV camera .
