    I don't think I would ever consider buying a Sagem phone so how does putting a Porsche logo on it change things?

    Exactly, why should someone buy a Sagem phone?

    Designwise - looks outfashinoed compared to the Apple iPhone!

    Because it says Porsche on it

    So that you can drive your Porsche to the (future) Porsche themepark in Kaiserslautern (or Dubai or...) and take pics with you Porsche phone while you listen to music on your iPorsche...

    Looks like Porsche is gearing upi to follow Ferrari by sticking their name on just about anything

    Agree...How about getting some ROI in VW by using the AUDI bluetooth technology.

    It looks bigger than my Treo, not to say...

    Does it also have an option list? If so, I'll take metallic paint on order, full leather inside out with deviated stitching, alcantara buttons, RS logo in carbon fiber on the back and, just to make it special, the corresponding luggage line

    You probably know that but it is worth mentioning that F.A. Porsche, after all Porsche and Piech family members were dismissed from the sportscar company, launched his own design office in Austria (which is, by now, redirected into the Porsche corporation). The Porsche phone, just as much as the above mentioned harddrive have been designed by F.A. Porsche's office who himself retired a couple of years ago. Opposite to Ferrari Porsche has its own genuine design office inhouse.

    Regarding the phone, I fear it will take the course that other gadgets like B&O's own telefone has gone already. Sad thing.
