I am having these exact concerns right now. I did not order every option in leather. just a few extras and deviated stitching wherever possible. I am crossing my fingers that it came out correctly when my car shows up in a couple of weeks. Once I know for sure, I'll post my results.

As soon as I get back to my home office next week, I'll email my contact in Stuttgart for all of the exclusive options, I know I went through this with my GT3 a few years ago, thank god I was able to speak to my contact at PAG.

I'm not sure why Porsche makes it so difficult to get deviated stitching. There's so many confusion and question marks to be asked about this very issue. It's possible to get all the stitching for everything except the shift boot unless you order one of the exclusive shift boot (DAD - aluminum shift knob) and then order 09991 which covers stitching on all the exclusive parts.
I haven't heard of a single code that covers all the stitching yet.

If the options don't match (i.e. you ordered something else than delivered), you can refuse the car. Not sure what you do when you ordered the wrong options (with all the different stitching codes I would think this does happen a lot).

Much to my dismay, I rejected the car and made it known to everyone in the community how poorly the dealer handled the deal.
(involving trying to coerce me to sign a contract that would waive my right to reject the car/etc, the happy mood turned 180* around when I indicated I did not want the car).
After I made a big huff about the whole fiasco, the car sat on the lot for 6 months, and so did alot of their other stuff, while they proceeded to fire everyone involved and do a little in house cleaning regarding the staff.
Eventually it sold to someone who was less concerned about 'the details'. I waited 6 months for the car, it had over 50k options.
Overall a bad thing, but the worst part was not not getting the car I wanted, it was seeing how poorly they delt with the situation.
I take all my business (service AND sales) to Fairfield Porsche (CT) now. (one of the few dealerships I know that sell premium models at MSRP and don't jerk you around)
