    Off-Road Navigation Retrofit

    Just got the Off-Road Navigation retrofitted today with the new Piwis system. According to the guy who did the update, I'm the first one to get the "retrofit" because it actually isn't available yet officially. Playing a sort of guinea pig I guess.
    The Off-Road Navigation is actually already incorporated into the PCM 2 software but it has to be "unlocked" with a code.
    The code is generated based on the VIN number or PCM 2 serial number (not so sure yet...) and a code for one car doesn't work on the other one.
    I'm not sure why the Off-Road Navigation isn't a standard option but anyway, it is cool. I'll post a picture tomorrow.

    Sounds very interesting. Did you have to pay for it?

    I ordered that option but I don't know what exacty is .

    I most certainly hope he has to pay for it... I forked over an extra 190 bux to get it on my Turbo... it sure sounds cool at least... I know it includes the compass... so it should be fun in any case...
