    I believe that cold weather testing has been completed for some time.We should be seeing some hot weather testing spy shots soon...............

    You guys need to check this site out and watch all three videos of this completely naked 997 GT2 blazing on the ring. It is menacing and very beautiful too.

    Gt2 sounds great!!also the video on the road out of the Ring,turbos spooling!!it seems an airplane!!

    Looks so hot in white, seriously much better than the photos we have seen before!

    Generally spoken all Turbo's are missing the real Porsche Sound ... They seem to be low-noised by design.

    First and most efficent workaround ist to buy a professional exhaust system by a thirdparty manufacturerer (like Techart).

    Article today in CAR magazine on the GT2

    Notable - stronger conrods, oil cooler, crank, increased boost, GT3 suspension. If the 4wd is only a 25kg penalty as they say, I would have kept it.

    1485kg with air con deleted?

    That isn't light enough, seriously they didn't mentioned anything new at all.

    They're just guessing or what?

    0-60 in 4.5sec?

    I think they are just BS ing...

    ++ I hope they are mistaken about the weight. 1505 kg with Ac is WAY TOO HEAVY.

    Very disappointing if true. Although the GT2 offers a different driving experience, the same power to weight ratio (6.22hp/lb) can be easily attained by adding ecu+exhaust to a TT and you get to keep the 4wd and the AC .

    What's going on in Porsche?

    The Lambo SL only weight 1330kg with 4WD!

    And I guess their selling price are very close!

    IF the GT2 can sell, Porsche gonna earn so much meony from it.

    Ah ah! The Lambo SL weights about 80kg LESS then the standard one... which means 1550kg on the balance...

    I don't think it's safe to assume that yet. It could be the newly sophisticated traction control offered on the GT3 (without the full PSM functions). That's my guess, due to the beefy LSD that will be required for all that torque...
