I would go even further. Ferrari design as a whole lacks the inspiration and the cohesiveness of the earlier days. No matter at which of the newer cars you look, you will always find these design flaws. Last good designs were 328 and 355 at the V8-range and Testarossa/TR at the V12 as you said. But after that something got lost.

Testarossa/TR were Boxer, not V12 (but I sure you are aware of it ).
For me the two last great-looking Ferrari were the F355 (V8) and the 456 GT (V12, my favorite of them all !). It is to be noted they were designed during the same period (92 and 95).
