I really can`t wait it anymore ..!!
last two weeks I went to the dealership "Kuwait" and I talk with them and they took my name & .. .. , they told me on the end of March they will ganna call me and show it to me so I can order it! but I don`t think so that will be on the end of March !! so anyone knows how many HP it`s will be and the engine 3.6 or 3.8 ;-) .. I really wish that`s will be 550hp with 3.8 engine (Y)(Y) ;-D .. and about the GT3RS I saw one in Kuwait dealership last week it`s just arrive it`s awesome !! it`s PERFECT !! so if the GT3RS PERFECT the GT2 whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat ;-Pp hehe ..

Is this even a Porsche?
Are we sure this is a GT2... after all there's duct tape concealing where you you usually find a Porsche sheild up front and the model name on the back. At first, I would guess its a 911, and probably a turbo model, but with that duct tape cleverly concealing the badges, I'm not sure. Who says the Germans don't have a sense of humor.

The rear wing is actually different than the 996 version, notice the air intakes are no longer on the support pylons, instead they jut out to the side. I like the 997 GT2 but I think the 996 looked cleaner. My ideal GT2 would have most of the same styling of the 996 but with the 997 headlights and technology.

Somebody should fire the chief design. People have been bashing Harm Lagaaij, but he came up with somejewels... this is just plain ugly overstyled fast&furious BS... First the overstyled gemballa 997 tt. Then the hideous design items found on the GT3 and then the overmarketed GT3 rs. Now, the GT2 seems to get the same treatment. I loved porsches for their simple shapes. The turbo and GT models were just beautiful uber-911's. Now, it seems that only the basic 911 can appeal to me,and even that gets an unwanted facelift. I am so sad right now.

yeah Joost they should fire the cheif design, when i saw the GT3 & GT3RS they were awesome, and i said that the GT2 ofcourse it`s will be greater than the GT3 100%, but !!!!!!!!!!!! it`s really ugly. i hope thats not the real one because if it`s real. for sure i`ll cancel my order!! they have to fix it as soon as possiable !!

Overpriced is the GT2's middle name, otherwise it would be like the turbo with a stupid optional tiptronic box that would attract sissies that can't shift.
I just hope they do some upgrades to that ventilation duct on the rear bumper before I lose hope
