Good story and I agree. They are clueless in the design department. Especially if they think a stretched 911 is going to be a winner.
The cayenne needs a major overhaul and a strict diet. They may need those billions they sunk into VW just to pay the bills in a few years if gas prices continue upwards.

It's possible to state Mr DeLorenzo's message in only 2 or 3 sentences. Whilst it contains plenty of truth, none of it is earth-shatteringly new.
I wish he didn't feel it necessary to take so long to state his message. Lengthy colourful polemics are usually more about venting emotion or provoking a reaction than making insightful point after insightful point.

This too will come to pass. I think the Cayenne will move off the stage sooner rather than later. Certainly Porsche can migrate the excellent V8 to other applications.
The article certainly had some truth to it, but it was also very one sided. Fun read, but poor journalism IMO.
