PDCC has active roll bars , connected by motor that adjusts them side to side . PASM is hydraulic/stepped shock control ,but not electromagnetic fluid/continuously adjustable shocks on Ferrari, Corvette, Cadillac and Audi R8.PDCC option requires PASM, but not the other way around.

I absolutely agree.

Exactly why everything is still an option... I personally don't like the mfsw... in any finish... I like the simple sport wheel. I'm from the school where a steering wheel should be for only one thing...

Agree

It's a sports car for driving, not a home entertainment system on wheels. No Playstation wheel for me.

The only buttons I would accept at the steering wheel are those for chassis setup. Anything else belong in the centre console.

WW held a guest lecture at the RWTH Aachen (Tech University) last week. One student asked him whether we'll see more "multi-media" features in Porsches in the future.
WW's answer: "I don't think our customers want more knobs and switches in their cars"

He also mentioned that there will be a new PCM next year (without mentioning any tech features of the new PCM).
