    Dubai: SLR 722 and Maybach 62S

    Both belong to Mr. bin Salayem (sp?) - looks like a real friendly guy and true motorhead! Awesome collection too!

    he has a slk fitted with a slr engine, i have a vid of a race between the slk and his enzo , and the slk wins far ahead

    Isn't that guy a middle eastern living rally legend too?

    There's a long interview with him in Jeremy Clarksons Motorworld Dubai, I think

    Yes he is Bin Sulayem... that photoshoot of the SLR 722 shows dubai more than SLR lol

    I'm getting very confused. Who's the rally driver and who is the sultan? And do they have almost the same cars in their collections?

    sorry, more off topic,..but just curious why those in the mid-east with an obviously over-the-top affluent lifestyle arent more concerned with those in the immediate vicinity that have the 12th century lunatic mentality...they would appear to an outsider to have every reason to bring chaos to places like duabi that is 21st century cutting edge in so many areas
