    what do you mean by don't launching the car ? that he is not applying launch control ?

    the porsche guy isn't torque braking either.....

    Here what the video shows. Off the line the Spider pulls away and then slows down because of traffic. Nothing more though some are hoping to read more into it. The entire clip is 15 sec.

    If the F430 has trouble in with a 996 gt3 in the attached video, no chance versus the 997 tt.

    Is it just me or you are the only one who sees traffic in from of the Ferrari? I certainly don't.

    Sorry guys but there is no way the 430 could pull away from the 997TT as some of us assume here. Think again, one way or another 997TT is a faster car.

    The 997TT is probably faster, but the driver was "slower".....

    This video means nothing. The only way to really determine which car is faster is to race under controlled conditions. This video does not show a controlled race. I have the P car, but I'd be curious to know which is really faster. If the F car turned out to be faster, I wouldn't feel any diff about my car. I love it.

    That's the way it should be, they are all great cars, doesn't matter if 997tt, F430, Gallardo, Ford GT or even a Z06.
    Each one is special in its very own way, different strokes for different folks!

    its not a mine is bigger than yours approach. good friend of mine has an f430. gorgeous car.

    nevertheless, its nice to pull away....that's what sports cars are all about...being the fastest..be it strip or track.
