    Thanks Ron, it looks like a crossbreed between the new Audi TT and the previous generation Mercedes CLK

    I wonder what kind of engine they're going to give it to compete with the BMW 335i

    The first pic really captures the car's aggressiveness. The body creases make the car look very striking.

    BMW is in trouble.

    the exterior dont remind me of a coupe and looking at it from the front the car lack elegance and not much agressivness either. The rearlights are so-so. Only thing I like is the interior other than that this car dont give me Wow-Wow experience. The car share some lines with Bangle bimmers. To be harsh, the A5 is a TT on anabolic steroids or a A6 with 2-doors less.

    I Pick a 335i over this A5 anyday.

    Interesting car. If they pushed the engine behind the front wheels as much as possible and they use magnetic ride and the new rear biased Quattro, the car will be nice to handle.
    Still the weight could become an issue ... I would say it's more a competitor for the CLS than the lighter and more agile 335i.

    And finally they came back to the classic shape of the headlights (similar with the old and beautiful A4).

    Because of the dashboard the car seems to be made out of the A6 platform.

    I still prefer the exterior of the 3-series, but that interior is mighty nice

    Well now I know what happens if you take the fenders of a Monte Carlo, the taillights from a 3 series coupe and the roofline of a CLK.
