I have heard this from at least two independent sources: the batteries are molded right into the body of the sender/sensor.
Pure conjecture? Maybe not quite. "Integrated battery" and no reference to battery replacement are pretty solid clues, no?
Would be great to get **explicit confirmation** that the batteries are replaceable though it seems a remote possibility.
