    GT3 with HRE pics

    Finally after 9 wks, rims are done and mounted with TPS working. These are HRE 540R 19in, brushed steel with chrome lip, with same specs as stock wheels. So far I have put integrated K40 radar detector, NAV-TV ipod integration, window tint. Last project is waiting for carbon fiber wing. I ordered that 4wks ago. Hope you enjoy the pics. Don't get me wrong I do like the stock rims, but I think these look better.

    Nice. Shoreline? I have never seen anyone in that place anytime I drive by. Personally I like the stock rims but those look good too.

    Honestly, can't tell the difference. But they are supposely lighter and cost a pretty penny. Haven't had time to fix yet but will soon, but have had no problems at Shell.

    I like both wheels. It's all personal preference. Anyways, getting the GT3 stock rims powdered coated satin black. So I can switch between wheels during tire changes

    Don't like the HRE but then again it's about taste. I personally like the stock oem rims.

    No I meant the ones pictured above.

    Don't think anything in chrome should be on a 997 GT3 !
