CloseLooks like kind of an "RS" version of the Evora. Much better styling than the Evora 400 IMO. Some nice things included like Ohlins TTX dampers and two-piece rotors. Price reflects all the carbon on the car. North America will see a version of this car in Spring 2018.

No idea, maybe slower than a 991.1 GT3, but hard to say. Tires are same width as Cayman GT4 (MPSC2 245/295). Though the car is a bit lighter than a GT4 and has a much better suspension, it only has 430hp.
Around the Lotus test track (about a 90 second lap), this car is 2 seconds faster than the Evora 400 on MPSC2.
1258 kg is dry weight, kerb weight is 1299 kg.
Correct weight specification has been wrong for years at Lotus. For example, their halo track car, the 3-Eleven, is advertised at 925 kg and the final product is over a tonne, an increase of approx. 8%. I wouldn't be surprised if the car is scratching the 1400 kg mark. This would still be a respectful number, if the bhp specification was right, which I highly doubt it will. Power specification has been just as wrong in the past.
On the other hand, it's good to see a new design, albeit it being based on the old one, again.
