    pic request - black wheels on silver

    Anyone seen/got pics of black wheels on arctic silver, preferably on a cab with metropole roof.

    Nice pic Damian. I took the liberty to photoshop it just a little. Looks messed up but a little better if only for trying to figure out which wheels to get.

    I do not think that black wheels look good with silver (or any colour for that matter), but I have seen grey wheels on a silver 911 and it did look good. Just enough contrast to stand out, but not as much as these pics show, which highlights the space between the wheels and the car. These cars all look like they need to be lowered!

    Damian, is that a GT3 front spoiler/bumper? is it factory or after-market? i know that a porsche dealer will refuse to install the front GT3 or Aerokit spoiler without the rear wing...

    Aerokit front bumper only...not my car, you're right that it might be an after-market front bumper. This car was advertised recently for sale as a pre-owned by Brandywine Porsche in the USA. I don't know about whether there are any Porsche dealers willing to sell the front Aerokit without getting the rear wing also.
    On a separate note, I hope all is peaceful in your country.

    IMO, the black wheels on silver only work when the car also has other black accents, like the example of the GT3, or the las pic, of the G-series with black bumpers and black spoiler.

    Yeah Joost; good observation, thanks for pointing it out. Remember these black stone guards on the SC? All that extra black trim and black wheels really holds together visually now that you mention it.
