I have natural grey leather in mine along with the leather rear console too. IMHO, having too much is not a good thing. Being subtle really makes a difference which is why I chose not to get the CF rear console. Going with leather rear console, gear trim, sun visors, steering column and door finishers really adds to the overall feeling of utter luxury, IMHO. Also, you might want to get the "model logo" on storage compartment because the cover will be leather as opposed to I believe vinyl. With that in mind, if you're going this route then you might as well go with natural grey leather because it does as people have said, feel sublime. The texture is much more refined, the feel is much more supple and it looks/smells great. I'd say that it's 98% black almost to the point where I'd be inclined to call it charcoal black. One thing to keep in mind is that the carpeting is not black but rather, dark grey. With that said, natural grey IMHO would go well with slate grey. Check out this picture below:
