It's a factory option, and I believe it's around $5k USD.

Avantgarde, have you blackened the area around your number plate also? Looks like, IMO that complements the black Challenge grill very well and looks far better at a red (or any other colour besides black or grey) car than without.

I thought the same too.

The blackened area is actually a customised number plate that is shaped/cut to fill up the entire trapezoid space.

Most of the F430s from my country have similar plates.

Very good choice!

Without the black area around the number plate the Challenge grill sits too high and looks only half as good.
