    Gallardo GT/Superleggera

    I've heard voices regarding a 2007 Gallardo special edition that will be called called "Superleggera" or "GT"...

    It will enter production around March and will have this cahracteristics...

    -150 Kilos

    550HP

    Posterior Wheels traction....



    The Lamborghini response to F430CS.....i guess so...

    Some Pics that can be taken as an hint on what we can expect from this new "beast"...

    Repost. Someone confirmed that this is a body kit offered by a local Lamborghini dealer in the USA.

    the rumor is confirmed, almost 200kg less and 550hp,rwd!

    What looks more promising is the slim fast regim the car is going through. I mean, 150-200kg is a lot for a sports car. Combine with an increase of power, that car will blow away a 997 turbo.

    The question is how much for 1kg it will be. Now you want it heavier...

    Even a 150 kg diet makes it lighter than the CGT. A 200 kg diet puts it at 1400 kg. With 550 bhp, the car will be a rocket, one that will leave the GT2 in its dust.

    i am also expecting good news from lamborghini... a SV is more than probably, according stefan winckelmanns own words!!

    sorry, this car photo'd is a platinum motorsports (I THINK) limited edition, a US dealer and nothing more, an SV car may still come though!

    I've heard probably the car will have big rear spoiler and that its goning testing right now..

    This will only work if they change the front interior sheet metal to gain the space that the front drive components consumed. If they leave the chassis construction alone, no more luggage space will appear.

    Which would be a shame.
    Fantastic GT car but you can't anywhere for more than a weekend.
