That narrow track gives me the chills! I would never have the guts to push the car like he does on a track like that

Imagine trying to drive the course using a manual transmission. The paddles enabled him to perform as well as he did. He needed both of his hands to drive the car through the numerous curves and turns.

I think it depends Nick. Many people still find it more controllable driving a manual. I personally feel less in control with paddles.
