It's actually 2 of 2. #1 was FA Porsche's. Green, narrow-body. Seinfeld's is silver, widebody.
But you're right, Seinfeld's is the only one that will ever show up on the market someday. I think he sold it, but don't know what happened to the car after that.

The 993 Speedster was never officially built. Butzi got his as a present for his 60th birthday. And I guess Seinfeld just wanted one baaaad. 
There was also a viola metallic 964 conversion made in 1995 for a Belgian customer, which might have been the inspiration for Butzi's.

Butzi is Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, son of Ferry, co-designer of the original 911.
Where did you get your 12 Speedsters number by the way? Every site and book I've read mentioned two, but maybe they were just quoting each other.
In the rare 911 department, I've read somewere there have been 20 964 Speedster TL, 14 993 Turbo Cabriolet (with 964 engines), and 4 964 Turbo Cabriolet. Do you have more precise information (again, everyone is quoting each other, hard to know the real numbers)?

f*ck!!! you right! My Buddy is the owner of a 993 Turbo Convertible and a 964 TL Speedster. He said, porsche build only 12 993 TT Conv.! sorry

I've always wanted to own these two. Unfortunately, they're still out of my reach for a couple of years (but I'm working on it). One day, after I've built my own secret base in an extinct volcano... 
By the way, the 993 Turbo Cabriolet had the single-turbo engine from the 964 Turbo 3.6, not the twin-turbo engine from the real 993 Turbo. Quite a beast, nevertheless.
