    New ? Key Replacement Campaign (540)

    I received a Workshop Campaign Notice from PCNA today advising to bring my 2004 CS in for key replacements. The campaign applies to model year 2004-2005 Cayenne, Cayenne S, and Cayenne Turbo.
    Is this a new recall or am I just late in being notified?

    Last year, we have key problems with our MY 2004 Cayenne V6

    Got my new keys last week. They look the same but the range is significantly improved.

    does anyone have more info on this? i called porscheusa and they claimed no knowledge whatsoever about a key replacement campaign. i mentioned this forum/thread and didn't get anywhere with them.

    i have an 04 CS and the key controls only work within 5 feet of the car. any advice or other contact info regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    The recall might only pertain to certain VIN numbers.
