No, this is not a serious race at all. Neither the cars nor drivers are in equal conditions. GT3 is even leaking some oil according to the driver following it. NSX-R could be faster in a tiny course with tight corners like this Tsukuba circuit. But GT3 should be the fastest if seriously competed.

Doesn't matter to me one way one another. So what a NSX R beat a GT3. I'm not losing any sleep. Maybe the driver of the NSX was a better driver then the driver of the GT3?

I dunno about that. The NSX-R is a purpose bred 2800lbs car, with heavy engine mods. One of my friends has a modded one in Hokkaido and it is brutally fast in corners. He says the engine is pumping 362 hp and when I drove it the brakes were amazing when warm. I've driven the 996 GT3 too and I'd say the NSX-R would probably give it a great fight on a tight circuit. On something like the Ring, the GT3's great legs would beat it, no doubt.
