    Saturday Drive with two 987's and a 993

    Well a few buds of mine and I did a little drive of the local region this past Saturday. The tour included a stop in Vianden and Echternach Luxembourg to check out some old WWII remnants. Irrel, Germany to visit an intact Panzerplatz bunker which was part of the West Wall. Trier Germany which is Germany's oldest city dating back 2000+ years and finally ending up in Bernkastel, Germany which is popular for its castle ruins and excellent wine making. Here are a few pics I managed to snap I will have to add more when I get the other pics from the other camera man.

    Nice route The side-shots are really amazing - how did you take them Just a try with the camera held outside of the car ?

    PJ, Thanks. If we weren't in such tight restrictions to our travels plans I wanted to send you an invite but with certain people we had to stay within a certain radius of work.

    As for the camera method it's just a crappy Sony point-and-shoot that I just stuck out the window.

    Great pics.

    Those Boxsters are beauties, but the lowered 993 with the rare split grill (is it an S without the badge?) steals the show!

    Thanks guys. My buddies 993 is a plain jane '95 Carrera with Euro front bumper, RSR spec trans, 993 Turbo hollow spokes and C2S split grill.
