    Wheel wax for sport wheels

    Does anyone know a good wheel wax to use on the Sport wheels which are painted. Most of the waxes I have seen like the one from Mother's says it is not to be used on painted wheels. I was considering the brand "Wheel Wax". Has anyone used this product on the Sport wheel? Or am I just as well off using a Carneuba wax?

    I use One Grand blitz wax (carneuba). It seams to work well and helps prevent brake dust build up.

    i use Griots, works fine, all Carneuba

    What doesn't Rejex do? I've seen it recommended for cleaning the clear bra, the PSE tail pipes, now the wheels. Seriously what shouldn't it be used on?

    For clear bra, use Plaux. For tailpipe and wheels, use Rejex

    MY procedure is after a workout (personal), and it's kinda breezy outside I spray the rotor holes and calipers with well-directed compressed air and wear a dust mask. Give the car a quick califorrnia dusting. Then jump into the shower. Wheels stay clean for a long time when you eliminate the dust in this eeeeeasy way.

    Thats clever MMD.
    I am sure glad I got the classic wheels. Cleaning them is hard enough. I would hate to have the new Sport wheels that everyone seems to be getting.

    Classic wheels are very nice looking wheels but this style wheel (5 spoke design) is seen on a very large number of vehicles including Hondas and Toyotas. I beleive the Sport wheels are much more distinctive looking--even if they are a little harder to keep clean. Maybe that is why so many people are choosing them.
